Have lunch with Santa! Every bite you take saves the life of a dog or cat in need, so please bring your dog and human friends to help us out! Rocky's Pizza is donating a percentage of all their food sales to support Greater Charlotte SPCA Medical Fund.

The end of the year is always a challenge in rescue. Fewer people adopting from shelters, fewer people adopting from us, fewer rescues pulling, fewer people fostering, more people surrendering, more unwanted pets. All of the above are challenges we face and are somewhat emotionally prepared for every year.

This year, we have been hit with a double whammy. The number of medical cases we've taken on lately has completely wiped out our medical fund, and as a result, we have a lot of bills to cover in the next month.
